We are unable to cancel or change your order after it is placed.

 

After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders vary in processing time. 

Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase.

Orders with multiple items may require extra processing time.

Shipping typically takes 10-15 business days once the package is picked up, but delays from the courier can happen. We use a variety of carriers to ensure your package gets to you.

We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 

Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.
